Archer Hotel Napa is a luxury boutique hotel comprised of a 5-story, 166,000 sf concrete structure. Located on the 1st floor are retail spaces, restaurant, hotel lobby and offices, and loading dock. The mezzanine level consists of the in-house laundry, housekeeping, and employee lounge. The second floor houses event rooms with public restrooms and 31 guest rooms. Additionally are 47 guest rooms on the third floor, with the fourth and fifth floors both having 52 guest rooms each. The main roof level, accessible to all current tenants, boasts a bar, prep kitchen, spa lounging pool, as well as an easily accessible exercise room.
